A. Notice at Collection

McNulty Casting collects the information you provide—including contact details, date of birth, address or location, application answers, eligibility information, messages, social-media information, photographs, audition video/audio, releases, signatures, and representative or parental information—as well as account, device, IP-address, cookie, security, and activity information.

We use this information to create and secure your account; administer auditions, applications, releases, and communications; evaluate you for this Project and appropriate future Projects; share information with the production, network, studio, streamer, and other Project Parties; operate and protect the Service; document consent and rights; comply with law; and resolve disputes.

We may retain information based on Project needs, future casting suitability, account activity, production instructions, signed-release and legal-record requirements, security needs, and backup cycles. We do not sell applicant information for money. Certain advertising technologies may be treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under state law; email info@mcnultycasting.com with the subject line “Privacy Opt-Out” to opt out where applicable.

By continuing, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Signing or accepting a Project release separately grants the rights stated in that release.

B. Your Privacy Choices

You may use this page to opt out of personal-information sale or sharing and targeted advertising, where applicable, and to submit access, correction, deletion, portability, or appeal requests.

• Access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of information: email info@mcnultycasting.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
• Appeal a denied privacy request: reply to the denial or email info@mcnultycasting.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
• Authorized-agent request: provide signed authority or other legally sufficient proof.
